    There are many different types of pizza oven which ranges from small clay ovens to larger concrete ovens. Building a brick oven is a complex process; it needs a proper planning to construct the outdoor oven. Wood fired ovens will cook at very high temperature around 400 degrees Celsius.

    You have to decide all the factors required to build an outdoor pizza oven including budget, size, location, time, and finally what you wish to cook. You can also find the permanent location for the oven and build a sturdy stand for it.

    It may be confusing for you to decide the quantity but that completely depends on the size you decide to build. When cooking with wood-fired oven you can rise even to high temperature as it may not crack, but when heated with standard building bricks it may lead to cracks.

    Create the base

    After you’ve decided the location for pizza oven just lay the pellet down and make sure it is kept horizontal. Use the wood saw to finely cut a portion of chipboard so that it can perfectly fit at the base of the pellet. Cut about 50mm of chipboard strips to create a border around the top of the pellet.
