Bradley 4 Rack Digital Smoker

The Bradley 4 Rack Digital Smoker is an electric smoker which is produced by Bradley Smoker USA Inc. This smoker is good for entertaining friends, or just using in your home to make yourself and your family some delicious foods. This smoker is actually a version of the Bradley Original Electric Smoker, but with digital technology and four racks. This is a good improvement from the original because the digital technology makes the process more user-friendly and easier to understand.

The Good

This electric smoker is a really great option for you if you like smoked food, but don’t like to focus too much on the process. This smoker is very good in the durability department. It is designed to last all the knocks from the rough treatment that this electric smoker might get. So, if you purchase this smoker, you won’t have to worry about breaking it.

These racks are also adjustable, which is very convenient if you have lots of differently sized foods you’d like to smoke. If you have small pieces of jerky, use more racks closer together. If you have one large turkey or other food, maybe use only one rack.

Large capacity

The bisquette holder holds a lot of bisquettes at one time. This contributes to the set-and-forget aspect of smokers, which everyone loves so dearly.

As we know, thermostats are an amazing thing to have included in your electric smoker because you needn’t watch the temperature all the time.

Yes, this was an advantage, and it’s true that the automatic bisquette dispenser can be nice … However, the controls for this particular smoker can be difficult to manage. If you choose this smoker, be sure to read the manual thoroughly.

Bisquettes

Although bisquettes can be nice, they can also be inconvenient. You can only use specific bisquettes with this model, and sometimes companies really rack up the price because they know you can’t do without them. Be wary.

In Total…

For the price, the Bradley 4 Rack Digital Smoker is an okay option. There are better options out there, though, and for a better price. If you don’t particularly care for the quality of your smoker and you have money to spend on things you may or may not use, this is the smoker for you!
